| Every piece of diamond Jewellery enjoys an exchange facility. In case the piece originally purchased is exchanged with a new piece of the same or higher value, there will be a deduction of 10% from the MRP**/ lNVOICE value** of the piece originally purchased and balance MRP**/lNVOICE value** thereof will be adjusted against the value of the piece purchased in exchange. | ||||
| Buyback facility* | ||||
Every piece of diamond Jewellery is supported by a Buyback facility. In case of buyback, we will deduct 33% of the MRP**/lNVOICE value** towards taxe~, levies, wear and tear etc. and refund balance 67% of the MRP**/lNVOICE value** to you. In case you wish to avail of our Exchange or Buyback Facility, please do remember to bring your purchase bill along. On inspection, if the Jewellery is found in desired condition, , free from any alteration, incidental or consequential damage due to mishandling, loss of diamonds or gold damage owing to usage, we will refund the appropriate amount. |
